3 neighbouring landowners came together to form a joint residential offering to the Local Authority. Sandwiched between the M25 and A1(M), acoustics were the primary concern when masterplanning this site. The scheme also provided additional outside space to the adjoining Primary School and some B1 and A2 office space. The central parcel of land forms Phase 2 and will be delivered at a later date.
