ATA were commissioned by a national house builder to masterplan a site utilising a specific house type range. Coverage was key with this scheme, and ATA managed to achieve a coverage in excess of 16,000 sqft an acre, whilst acknowledging local residential design guidance, open space standards and parking requirements. The design was also commended for providing a good amount of public open space, respecting two neighbouring Listed Buildings and retaining site features within the final scheme.
