ATA were commissioned by the land owner to design a new residential scheme. Comprising both private and affordable housing, within a former Lime Quarry. This Brownfield site contained steep escarpments, areas of SSSI’s (Site of Special Scientific Interest) and protected areas of Calcareous Grassland. Through careful design and dialogue with the Local Authority, we achieve planning permission and the site sold almost immediately. ATA were then novated to work with the purchasers to deliver the scheme.
